  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • In rare cases (high demand or stock issues), processing may take a little longer — we’ll inform you in such cases.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) service is available on select products and locations.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

(Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen events.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or promotions.

  • Otherwise, shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/Email.

  • You can also track your order using the “Track Order” option on our website.

6. Delayed Delivery

  • FusionPrime is not liable for courier partner delays, natural calamities, or strikes.

  • Our support team will assist you in tracking and resolving courier-related issues.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package is damaged, tampered, or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
