Return & Refund

At FusionPrime, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all accessories/manuals included.

  • Original invoice must be provided for return processing.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items with physical damage, burns, cracks, or liquid spills after delivery.

  • Software, digital products, or items marked as “non-returnable” on product pages.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or wallet credit.


4. Replacement

  • If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defect or wrong item shipped, FusionPrime will bear the shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong order placed), the customer must bear return shipping charges.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you must follow the return process.
