1. Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all accessories/manuals included.

Original invoice must be provided for return processing.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Items with physical damage, burns, cracks, or liquid spills after delivery.

Software, digital products, or items marked as “non-returnable” on product pages.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or wallet credit.
4. Replacement

If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement is subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to defect or wrong item shipped, FusionPrime will bear the shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong order placed), the customer must bear return shipping charges.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you must follow the return process.
