1. Are all products brand new?

We sell a mix of Brand New, Refurbished, and Used products. The condition of each product is always mentioned on the product page.


2. What does “FusionPrime Certified Refurbished” mean?

FusionPrime Certified Refurbished products are:

  • Professionally tested and verified for performance

  • Restored to excellent working condition

  • Backed by our FusionPrime warranty


3. Do you provide a warranty on products?

Yes ✅.

  • Brand New Products → Covered under manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Refurbished/Used Products → Covered under FusionPrime Warranty (details mentioned on product page).


4. How can I place an order?

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and checkout securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email and SMS.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (available for select products & locations)


6. How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 working days.

  • Delivery time depends on your location (typically 3–7 days).


7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can also check the “Track Order” option on our website.


8. Can I return or replace a product?

Yes ✅.

  • Returns/replacements can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition with all accessories.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.


9. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship all over India through trusted courier partners.
